Harvest Heights Apartments

To qualify as a resident of Harvest Heights Housing, one or more members of the household must work in the agricultural industry

To qualify, applicants must earn 65 percent of their annual income from agricultural work, and must be legal residents of the US

All household members must have a documented social security number and must meet Harvest Height Housing Tenant Selection Criteria 

Rents are determined on the basis of applicants' yearly incomes, and will not exceed 30 percent of annual earnings. The remaining rent cost is provided through the US Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (RD) to maintain affordability
